TERMS.

Authorized purchaser. By continuing, the purchaser represents that they have authority to purchase this program. Purchase authority is confirmed through the purchaser’s acknowledgement at CoachConsult before Stripe checkout; there is no separate pre-payment approval workflow.

Stripe checkout and access. Card details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. A program workspace activates only after CoachConsult receives and verifies a cleared Stripe payment for the matching package. A redirect after checkout is not, by itself, proof of payment or program activation.

Final-sale policy. All sales of digital roadmaps, digital materials, and consulting packages are final once digital access or onboarding begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact CoachConsult promptly at coachcartersconsulting@gmail.com; nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Program scope. Roadmaps, consulting, resources, readiness indicators, camps, directories, educational materials, and planning tools are advisory. They do not guarantee scholarships, admission, roster placement, coach contact, medical or nutrition outcomes, travel clearance, recruiting outcomes, or athletic results.

Health and participation. CoachConsult does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or individualized supplement advice. Consult qualified coaches, clinicians, and registered dietitians for individual training, health, nutrition, supplement, medication, recovery, or injury decisions.
